2. Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 hours from the time of order confirmation. During peak hours (such as lunch and dinner times on weekdays, and weekends), delivery times may be extended by up to 1 additional hours due to higher order volumes.
  • Delivery Windows: While we strive for on – time delivery, we do not guarantee specific delivery windows. However, you can track your order in real – time through our website or the confirmation email you receive, which will provide you with an estimated time of arrival.

3. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Once you place an order, it usually takes 20 minutes to 1 hour for us to process it, depending on the complexity of your order and current order volumes. During this time, we verify your payment, check product availability, and prepare your order for dispatch.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is successfully placed. This email will contain details about your order, including a list of items, total cost, and an estimated delivery time.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Flat Rate: We charge a flat shipping fee of $2 for all orders, regardless of the order value. This fee covers the cost of packaging, transportation, and ensuring your food arrives in perfect condition.
  • Free Delivery: For orders exceeding $60, we offer free delivery. The free delivery threshold may vary during special promotions or events.

5. Packaging

We use high – quality, insulated packaging materials to keep your burgers and other food items fresh and at the right temperature during transit. Our packaging is designed to prevent spills and maintain the integrity of your order, so you can enjoy your meal just as if you were dining in our restaurant.

6. Order Tracking

You can track the progress of your delivery through the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email. Our tracking system will show you the current status of your order, such as “Preparing,” “Out for Delivery,” and “Delivered.” If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact our customer service team.

7. Special Instructions

If you have any special delivery instructions, such as leaving the order at a specific location, or notifying a building concierge, you can add these details during the checkout process. However, please note that while we will do our best to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee that all special instructions will be fulfilled.

8. Non – Delivery and Missed Deliveries

  • Failed Delivery: If our delivery team is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, no one being available at the delivery location, or other issues caused by the customer, we will attempt to contact you. If we are still unable to complete the delivery after 2 attempts, your order may be cancelled, and a refund (minus any applicable restocking or delivery fees) will be issued.
  • Missed Deliveries: If you miss a delivery, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with you to arrange for redelivery, subject to availability and additional delivery fees if applicable.
